BumgalowTile.com accepts online orders from homeowners, architects/designers, and contractors using our secure and convenient online ordering system. Alternatively, we welcome your phone order using our toll-free number at 1-888-439-8453 (1-888-HEX-TILE) during the hours of 9AM – 5PM CST , Monday – Friday. Download and printout our 2008 Price List to use as you determine the materials and quantities needed for your project.

payment terms

All orders must be pre-paid. Online orders are placed with Visa, MasterCard, Discovery or American Express accounts. Purchase orders are accepted when accompanied by a business check.

fulfillment

Your order with BungalowTile.com will be processed and fulfilled by Tilehaus, LLC, a specialty tile marketing and distribution company that manages a portfolio of tile brands that include SubwayTile.com, HexTile.com, and BungalowTile.com.

Your online order for Bungalow Tile is transferred to Tilehaus.com, where your order is actually processed. Selected Bungalow Tile glazes have undergone standardized testing by The Tile Council of America. Test results indicate that the ‘gloss white’, ‘satin white’, and ‘satin ivory'’ glazes are well suited for residential and light commercial applications. Products designated as 'in-stock' in the online product description will typically ship within 2 business days. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipment of all other product orders.

All shipment terms are FOB Madison , WI . Orders placed online offer several delivery options, including standard ground delivery (UPS) and a common freight carrier option that becomes economical for shipments of approximately 250 pounds or more.
